Delivery
Once mastering and exporting are complete, our studio will perform a final quality check screening (QCS) to confirm proper resolution, color and audio quality and smooth playback from beginning to end. Once satisfied, a studio representative will contact each client announcing project completion and will prepare for delivery.
For regional Southern California clients; the final cut master file will be stored on the hard drives originally sent from the client. Afterwards, the client's hard drives will be promptly returned after project completion.
For remote clients; the final cut master file will be delivered via our Dropbox for clients to download.
After delivery our studio will archive all media for each individual project on our Dropbox Archive Library for three months after approval and completion. Returning clients can wish to keep their media archived for longer periods to use for upcoming projects or productions.
